After more than 10 years of experience in the industry, inside and outside Canada, working with multiple practices, organizing, creating systems, recruiting, training dental professionals and starting up new practices.
In 2022, Reem Alayan found the need for the market to have specific services that support dental teams in providing the best quality of treatment to their patients, and she decided to start PrimeDMS to serve dental practices directly or through working with excellent partners who have the same vision.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Reem Alayan, founder of Prime DMS, is a highly respected dental professional with a strong background in Dental practice management, Infection prevention and control (IPAC), and regulatory compliance.
Reem holds more than 13 years of extensive experience working with dental practices across Canada and the world and supporting teams in achieving compliance with RCDSO, CDHO, and Public Health Ontario (PHO), MOL standards. Her expertise bridges the gap between clinical excellence and efficient operations, helping dental offices implement systems that truly work in practice, not just on paper.
With professional education in Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) and Dental Practice Management, Reem has spent years developing practical frameworks that streamline workflow, strengthen compliance, and enhance team collaboration.
